We regret to inform you that after due and careful consideration, East London IDZ SOC LTD has decided to exercise the rights available to it in the tender documents and has cancelled the tender due to not obtaining responsive tenders.
This letter therefore serves to advise you of the withdrawal and cancellation of the tender and the non-award of business. The tender will be re issued to the market and advertised in the local media.
