Board of Directors
The East London IDZ is governed by a board of directors who are tasked with providing strategic direction, monitoring relevant corporate governance compliance aspects, and increasing shareholder value. The board is comprised of eight members, including the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With the exception of the CEO, who service in an ex officio capacity, all members of the board are non-executive members nominated by various stakeholders.
